Posting Calendar

You may expand the reach of your ad with the click of a mouse. If you choose, you may have your ad printed in Pediatrics and/or AAP News, both of which are distributed to approximately 60,000 AAP members and other health care professionals every month.

Before you purchase a job posting in PedJobs and Pediatrics and/or AAP News, review the information below to see when your ad will appear. There may be some time between the expiration of the online ad and the print ad, where the ad will not be accessible to the job seeker.

Online on PedJobs

When you enter your job listing and pay for it with a credit card, it is posted after review, usually within 1 to 2 days. If you need to be invoiced, be aware that your ad will not be turned on and/or placed in the journal(s) until payment is received.

For ONLINE ONLY sales inquiries or for PRINT sales inquiries or invoices, please contact Rhonda Beamer at 443-512-8899 x106, Rhonda.beamer@wt-group.com. The job will then be posted after payment is received.

Pediatrics

Pediatrics has a 45-day lead time for appearance of your ad. The deadline is the 15th of each month. For example, if you submit your ad on February 14, the job listing will appear in the April issue. You may enter your listing online for print.

AAP News

AAP News has a 30-day lead time for appearance of your ad. The deadline is the 1st of each month. For example, if you submit your ad on February 27, the job listing will appear in the April issue. You may enter your listing online for print.
