The AAP PedJobs Career Fair is located next to the registration desk at the NCE.

Post your job openings, reach highly qualified candidates, and schedule on-site interviews in Boston to find your ideal hire.

Special pricing for participation in the AAP Career Fair is payable online by credit card.

The Career Fair package is $999. You'll get:

  • Up to two job postings online for 90 days
  • Additional postings available for $200 (please contact PedJobs at 847-434-7902)
  • Access to search CVs of job seekers who will be in attendance at the Career Fair
  • Booth available for private interviews
  • Your name and logo on Featured Career Fair Employers page
  • Posting of your open position on the bulletin board at the NCE
  • Marketing of your open positions to registered job seekers
  • Special PedJobs tabletop display for your organization's booth in the Exhibit Hall
  • have a classified ad in the Career Opportunity Guide, available to all NCE attendees
     After August 15, this will NOT be part of the package, due to printing deadlines.

At this time, booths in the NCE Exhibit Hall are sold out.

Follow these steps to post your job:

  1. Register for PedJobs.
        Choose "Register Now" if you have never posted a job on PedJobs before.
        Choose "Log In" if you are already registered at PedJobs.
  2. Choose "Create a New Job." The rate for the Career Fair package will not be seen on this page. It is a choice on the payment page. The package is named "AAP Career Fair 2008." Proceed to post your job in the Online Description field ONLY, and pay for it.
  3. Be sure to list contact information--a cell phone number and e-mail address--in Boston in your online job description. Use the words "Career Fair" (without the quotes), so that the keywords will be found in a search.
  4. You can perform CV searches for qualified candidates by specific criteria from the "My Account" screen. Use the key words "Career Fair" to find job seekers who will be in attendance.
  5. Contact job seekers in advance to arrange an interview time, if at all possible.
  6. If you need to post more jobs than the 2 allowed in the package, please call Mary Lynn Bower at 847-434-7902 for instructions.

You may purchase an Exhibits-Only pass for $50 by calling 800-433-9016, option #3, or purchase at the Hynes Convention Center for the same price. You do NOT need this pass if you are only going to attend the Career Fair.
